Consolidated Parking Slot Payment Terms & Promos for Select DMCI Homes Condos

As part of our efforts to provide affordable parking space for our condo residents, we’re announcing parking slot offers for select DMCI Homes projects.

Project Discount Pay Term Validity Period
BWD, CLP, IVW, LMR, MLP (Cochine and Dui Bldgs), OCP 3% 10% DP in 12 months

90% BF or IH

(6% interest pa for 5 years)

December 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024
ARP, ASR, BRT, EOM, FLT, MAV, MPR, PGC, SOR, TDM, TRW, VDL, VWR, ZNT 10% 10% DP in 18 months

90% BF or IH

(7% interest pa for 8 years)

Implementing Guidelines:

  1. The release of clearance and turnover of parking slot will be allowed upon:
  2. Promo is applicable to first-time and additional parking slot purchase.
  3. For purchase of third or succeeding parking slot in any project, AMEF approval is still required (refer to memo ref. PD-17-03-029).
  4. The account of existing unit owners who wish to purchase another parking slot must be fully paid or current/updated and have no outstanding balance for the unit/parking slot at the time of purchase.
  5. The bank financing scheme can only be availed if the unit is also under bank financing terms. Clients who wish to avail of this scheme thru bank financing shall be subject to bank financing guidelines CC-0-07-008 and FC-21-01-002.
  6. For those under in-house terms, checks issued should be payable to DMCI-PDI.
  7. Promo down payment periods and promo discounts can be used with our standard down payment options. However, promo discounts cannot be used together with the applicable regular discounts.
  8. Foreign buyers may avail of the above payment term promos.
  9. Standard closing fee schemes apply.
